All new products sold by ARL are provided with the manufacturer's or distributor's warranty. The warranty duration is limited and varies by manufacturer or distributor and by product category.

All manufacturer's or distributor's warranties cover only manufacturing defects in the product. This warranty becomes void if damage or breakage is caused by improper or excessive use.

All products covered by the manufacturer's or distributor's warranty, if purchased from ARL, must be returned to ARL. In such a case, ARL will pay for the transportation fees (to and from your location). In all other cases, all handling charges are assumed by the purchaser.

In the case of second-hand products, they are supplied “as is”. ARL makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights or other violation of rights.

For both new and second-hand products, all the above warranties cover the cost of parts and labor only. The warranties do not cover rental fees, losses caused by a defect, and any other collateral damage.

Any claim relating to the ARL’s Website shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Québec without regard to the conflicts of laws principles.
