The prices displayed on our website (arlabelle.com) match the prices in-store unless otherwise indicated. In case of a discrepancy, in-store prices will prevail. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes.
What is your pricing policy?

Products sold in-store and online (arlabelle.com) are not subject to any price-matching guarantee. You may still contact us for any price match request. However, Attaches et Remorques Labelle reserves the right to accept or refuse a price match request at its discretion.

On a given product description page, what happens if I click on the heart icon?

If you are logged into your account, this product will be added to a list of favorite products that you can save. This will enable you to efficiently keep track of certain products. If you are not logged into your account, the details of your favorite products will be lost as soon as you leave our website.

Delivery

Does Attaches et Remorques Labelle provide delivery service for customers buying a trailer?

No delivery service is offered at the present; customers are invited to pick up their purchased trailer in-store.

Warranty

I noticed a defect on the trailer I purchased from you; what steps should I take?

Attaches et Remorques Labelle applies the warranty provided by the manufacturers of the trailers it sells. We will be happy to help you determine the best course of action, if any.
